We only ship within Nigeria at the moment. We offer different shipping options for all locations within Nigeria.
All orders are dispatched the next working day if you place your order before 11:59 pm, and the next working day if placed after 11 am.
Your shipping fee will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Customers are informed via email and phone number (if provided) when orders are dispatched.
We can not guarantee delivery within specific hours (e.g. 10am - 3pm). We can only guarantee delivery will be made before 7pm. We strongly advise against using business addresses, to avoid extra delivery charges in the case of missed deliveries.
We offer a stockpiling option for customers outside Lagos. You can stockpile for a maximum of 1 month (starts counting from your first order for the month).
Please note that orders will be cancelled (without refund) if delivery is not requested within one month of placing the order.
After every delivery, your stockpiling count begins from 0 days again.
Example: If you place your first order on the 14th of February, you are expected to request for delivery by the 14th of March. You can place as many orders as you wish before the 14th of March and they will all be delivered together. If you do not request for delivery by the 14th of March, your order will be cancelled and a refund will not be issued, under any circumstance.
If you do request for delivery, your stockpiling count is reset again. So if you place an order on the 21st of March, your one month starts counting again and you are expected to request for delivery by the 21st of April. Again, you can make as many purchases as you wish before the 21st of April, they will all be delivered together.
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (email is acceptable).
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns are only accepted on the basis of damages and issues stated below.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Only contact us if the defect was not mentioned when the product was sold.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for undergarments and bodysuits (including swimwear). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (i.e., any item purchased at a discounted price) or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded in 1-3 working days. Please allow up to 3 working days to process and send the refund to you.
Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
