We accept any fashion piece in new or excellent condition from recognisable brands.

NOTE: Quality is priority to us at THRIFTit. To maintain quality, all purchases are covered by BUYER PROTECTION. If a buyer complains an item is not as described, the buyer will be issued 100% refund and you will be required to pay for retrieval of that item.

We only accept items in the following conditions:

> New (with tag)

> Excellent (no stain, tear, missing buttons, loose threads, worn-out fabric, faded fabric, holes, burn marks, iron marks)

Our brand requirements are not strict. They serve as a quality guide

We do not charge anything up front. Fees are deducted from the sale amounts.

We charge 30% commission on successful sales.

Absolutely! 

You have full control over your products on the website.

You can change prices whenever you want, and even offer sales on your items.

We have a 10-day return window. 

This means that we give our thrifters 2 days (after receiving their order) to request for a return + 8 days after requesting a return to send the item to us.

If a return is not requested on your item, you would receive your payout after the return window is closed.

Yes. There are 2 ways to receive payment for your sales.

> Payout: This is a direct payment to your bank account. (we take 30% commission)

> THRIFT credit: THRIFTit gift card (we take 20% commission)

In the SELLit portal, you can add your chosen payment method and details.

Items will be kept on the website for as long as you want.

To give your item higher chances of selling, we recommend reducing the price.

Cheaper items always sell faster.
